My Story

Callum Rowe

Who am I...

Someone who knows what it feels like to feel stuck, lost, out of their depth and living in a detrimental looping story. I spent a long time convincing myself I was fine because that was easier than facing the truth.

Two defining moments shaped my path. This was also the path I decided to remain stuck in for over 10 years. My father leaving when I was eight and later experiencing assault resulting in a severe head injury. Both forced me to confront discomfort, to slow my pace and take responsibility for the steps that followed. These events taught me three lessons that still guide me through life and my coaching today.

  • Slow down, clarity comes when you control the pace.
  • The body speaks before the mind understands, listen to it.
  • Burying a problem when it's still alive is not the solution, it's the root cause.

I realised I had two options, stay stuck in my looping story, or write a new one. I chose to Flip My Script.

My story isn't about hardship, it's about ownership. I was exhausted by letting my circumstances define me, instead I became curious about them. That curiosity led me down the path of self development, system creation and the search for the root cause based on practical goal setting to encourage momentum. No hype or temporary motivation but instead, structure, awareness, and action with a new approach. This is the philosophy of Flip Your Script.

Lived It Real Experience

Life can suck sometimes, but it can also be truly amazing. A lot can change in three months if you really want it to.

How can I help you...

My role is to encourage you through the uncomfortable moments, listen through the tough ones, and celebrate the breakthroughs. You already have the answers. It's my job to help you find them.

Some people arrive knowing exactly what they want but struggle to close the gap between where they are and where they want to be. Others arrive unsure of where to even start. Both starting points are better than not starting at all.

Together we'll look at what keeps showing up, what patterns keep repeating, and what change actually looks like for you and how to make it last.
