I rebuilt my life in New Zealand, realising the gap between where I was and where I wanted to be was getting further away by staying in my own story.
What changed everything wasn't a single moment, it was a decision. A decision to get out of my own way, adjust my behaviours and take action. As a coach, I now support people through the pressures of everyday life, to understand themselves, recognise the patterns holding them back, and build momentum toward lasting change.
